What are a range of hardware requirements to utilize a mid-range/aptitude use of the Creative Cloud

I am a retired engineer and (now) musician looking to amuse, leverage and enjoy some “art” fun and Creative Cloud looks to be a wonderful tool ( albeit challenging for an old duffer such as myself )

My learning curve will be quite a factor and I think having proper equipment ( computers – camera – data storage – reproduction elements ? ) from the beginning of that “curve” will be important – as I have no real training in technology of this type nor computer skills other than “typical” ( at best ! ) my technical knowledge for this sort of endeavor is pretty much zip….

Thanks for whatever and advice and wisdom you can share
