hi, great video. But can’t get speedgrade to apply the mask in my project. It will show my corrections, but as soon I click one of the 2 mask buttons (the “inside” or “outside”) it’s like the layer is turned off. I tried with different kind of Projects and it’s updated. Any ideas?

Hi Kristian – Sorry are you saying its worked for some projects and not others? The basic idea with masks in speed grade is that you apply them using the buttons you mentioned to primary or secondary layers. My usual workflow is to add a new primary layer, create the mask, attach the mask and then make the the correction (inside/outside). Also be aware SpeedGrade can only have one mask per layer stack

I have the same issue, I am able to make adjustments, but when the mask is applied those adjustments disappear regardless of the order I do things in. I follow the exact same process as the tutorial video and get no where. Any thoughts?

Suosittelen lämpimästi!Toinen vegaanisia kenkiä Suomessa myyvä nettikauppa on Sannatuulian puoti. Helunanetissä on vain paljon laajempi valikoima.Itselläni on käytössä talvikenkinä Vegetarian Shoesin maiharit, sekä Novacas-merkkiset saapikkaat. Nahkaisia ei siis ole pakko ostaa, jotta saisi laadukasta :)

Link exchange is nothing else however it is simply placing the
other person’s web site link on your page at proper
place and other person will also do similar in support of you.

Hi Robbie – thanks for this tutorial – it is really helpful.

I’ve made a mask that fits the subject’s head exactly and is animated to follow head movements.
According to your tutorial I have graded inside this mask.

Now I need to attach the same animated mask to a new primary grading layer so that I can grade outside of it.
I can’t see how to do this – it will only let me attach a new mask to the new grading layer.
I can’t get the existing animated mask to attach to the new grading layer.

I just need to copy the mask over to a new grading layer.
    PLEASE HELP!

    Thanks, Andy Wills
